**Job Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their dining experience. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks that contribute to a smooth operation in our restaurant, catering, and food preparation areas. A passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail are essential to thrive in this fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining high standards of food safety.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and service stations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with grace and professionalism.
- Support bartending staff during busy periods, ensuring all drinks are served promptly.
- Assist in catering events by setting up and breaking down service areas as required.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not essential.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations is an advantage.
- A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are crucial for success in this role.
- Experience in bartending is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for those willing to learn.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.44-£12.45 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
