Marzano is looking for enthusiastic and experienced Front of House Staff to join our team at our newly relocated venue on Fossgate Bridge. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional Italian dining experiences in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. As a member of our front-of-house team, you will greet guests with a friendly welcome, manage seating arrangements and reservations, and take accurate food and drink orders while providing recommendations when needed. You’ll ensure that dishes and beverages are served promptly, maintaining our high standards of service and that the dining area is always clean, organised, and ready for guests. Working closely with the kitchen team, you’ll help deliver a seamless dining experience and handle guest inquiries or issues with professionalism and care. During busy periods or special events, you’ll play an essential role in supporting the team to deliver exceptional service. Maintaining high levels of food safety and hygiene is integral to the role, and on occasion, you may assist with bartending duties, using your knowledge of beverages to enhance the guest experience.

We seek individuals with prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, strong communication skills, and a team-oriented attitude. A passion for guest satisfaction, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, are essential. While knowledge of food safety practices is a plus, a positive outlook and commitment to excellence are most important.

Pay: £11.44-£12.24 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
