We are looking for a front of house/bartender that is enthusiastic, energetic and dynamic person.

We operate a 4 day working week with Sunday and Monday guaranteed to be off with an additional day during the week.

Rate of pay is determined on experience/willingness and commitment.

Equal share in gratuity.

A passion for customer care and product is a must also with an enthusiasm to learn.

Experienced floor staff preferred however we are looking for the right person to fit into our team so experience not essential.

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour as a starting wage.

**Summary**

As Front of House Staff, you will be essential in delivering outstanding hospitality and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Reporting to the Front of House Manager, your core skills in serving and customer service will be vital in creating memorable dining experiences. Your premium expertise in catering will enhance our event offerings, while relevant skills in food preparation, food safety, and barista experience will support our commitment to quality. **Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist guests with a warm and friendly demeanor to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to food safety standards.
- Prepare and present menu items, including catering services, to meet customer expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance guest satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a front-of-house role within the hospitality industry
- Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices
- Experience in food preparation and catering services
- Barista experience is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 45 per week
