A Head of Finance person is required to work for a growing consultancy-based business. This role will be offered on a permanent part-time basis. You will be reporting into the Chairman and have the ability and mindset to facilitate both an operational andstrategic level position.

**Head of Finance - About the role**

You will form part of the Executive Team, reporting into the Chairman as the Head of Finance. This position is a sole charge role and therefore it is crucial that you have both an operational understanding together with the ability to work at senior strategiclevel to support this business growth plans.

The Head of Finance position will be remotely based, however you will live within a commutable distance of Farnham.

The position is working within an innovative and consultancy-based industry and therefore would suit someone who has a natural entrepreneurial business insight and flair. The position is envisaged to be for 2 days per week, but flexibility will be required.

You will assume responsibility for the financial planning, control and reporting from both a system and process perspective including the monthly management accounts and cash-flow forecasting. You will work the business and stakeholders (Executive team)on the budget process and longer-term financial planning.

This position comes with the responsibility of the financial accounts including accounts payable, receivables and staff expenses.

**Head of Finance will be**:

- Qualified - ACA / CIMA / ACCA
- Experience of working within an SME environment
