If you’re a skilled administrator with HR experience, we’d love to hear from you as we have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer-focussed HR Support Assistant to join our small and friendlyteam. This is a busy?role?which calls for an expertmulti-tasker with a keen eye for detail and a respect for deadlines, systems, processes and people. Being an excellent communicator is paramount for engaging with all of our lovely colleagues, job applicantsand suppliers across the globe.
In this role you’llreport to the Senior Talent Partner and support the HR and Talent team across the full range of services they provide to the business. So your work willspan the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development,supporting talent projects and general employee advice and information.
**Here are some of the things you’ll be involved in**:
- Regularly updating our HR system and providing admin information for payroll
- Providing excellent customer service and being the go-to person for employee queries
- Booking and coordinating training and development activities
- Dealing with all recruitment administration
- Providing regular reports on time so that we don’t miss a trick
- Producing high quality letters and documentation to support key communication activities.
- Providing support to the whole HR team on other HR initiatives
**If you have the following, we’d love to hear from you**:
- Proven excellent customer service skills - this role is the first role that potential employees encounter and it’s where our colleagues look for HR support, so you have to love dealing with people
- Strong secondary level education - educated to at least'A’Level standard
- Experience of HR administrationand/or payroll administration
- Fluency in written and spoken business English
- Proven technical competence in document writing, specialist databases and expert user of MSOffice suite
- Ability to prioritise effectively whilst working to tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail

**Flexible Working**:
The contractual location of this role is our Bristol office, but we have recently moved to a hybrid working model with a dynamic and blended combination of office and remote working, dependent on business and team requirements.
