Due to organic growth, we are looking for an HR Assistant to join our HR Team. Reporting to the Global Head of HR this role will be providing general administrative support throughout the business. This will include managing the employee lifecycle, acting as the first point of contact for queries, coordinating the HR recruitment process, and ensuring accurate HR records, and reports.

**What will you be doing as our HR Assistant?**
- Provide transactional HR administration support to all sites
- Support the Learning and Development of staff.
- General HR administration duties which include monitoring probation periods, contract changes, and the maintenance and development of HR procedures and policies
- Manage low-risk Employee Relations casework such as employee wellbeing concerns, etc. as and when required
- You will also be required to support the Global Head of HR with additional tasks and projects as required in line with the HR goals and people strategy

**What we are looking for in our ideal HR Assistant**:

- Has a passion for HR and would like a great opportunity to begin their journey within HR
- Previous experience of working within an HR Department
- Working knowledge of HR functions and best practices
- Able to work on own initiative and in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent communicator
