HR Assistant

Kingswood Group are working with a leading Bristol firm to recruit a HR Assistant on a 12 month fixed term contact basis.
This is a generalist role, offering the opportunity to get involved in a broad range on HR duties and projects.
Key duties to include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for HR policy, procedure and process queries
Supporting on all aspects of the employee lifecycle and processing changes
- Maintaining and monitoring all people data and records
- Supporting with employee benefits queries
- Assisting with occupational health referrals.
- Preparing People Data and MI as requested by the wider HR team.
- Supporting the wider HR Team on ad hoc projects.
Experience required:
- Previous HR Administration experience
- Experience working in fast paced, commercial environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
