**About The Role**:
We are currently recruiting for an Abnormal Load Routing Coordinator to join our team based out of Worksop. This role is to work as part of the Heavy Haulage and wider transport team to manage permits and assist their line manager in delivering permits and routes to the transport teams and in line with customers' requests. Support the planners and drivers in all aspects of permit requirements.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Support abnormal load route planning manager
- Monitor permits inbox
- Raise movement orders for C&U & STGO load types
- Liaise with authorities where required ref notifications (movement orders)
- Update notification recording worksheet
- Liaise with customers/planners and update monthly rolling permits/notifications
- Update notifications with the latest authority restrictions and information
- Run swept path analysis & create digital drawings for loads
- Client quotations

**Qualifications**
- Full UK Driving Licence
- GCSE - English and Maths
- I.T Skills

**Experience and Skills**:

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience within a customer service / office environment - Preferred
- Previous experience of Microsoft Office / Outlook - Preferred
- Knowledge and understanding of the Transport industry- Preferred
