**Product manager Opportunity**
**Salary**: up to 60k/year
(Remote working)
Our client is an established and innovative online retailer specialising in natural lifestyle and beauty products. Currently experiencing double-digit annual growth, this small & dynamic team has grown our company to become the leading retailer in its field.We have localised websites in France, Germany, Benelux and the UK and have bold plans to deepen our penetration across each of these markets.
**Product Manager Role**
**Reports to**:Chief Technology Officer
- Work closely with the Chief Technology Officer and wider teams to review current systems and business processes and then identify and deliver IT solutions that improve these from efficiency, cost and end-user perspectives.
- Assist the CTO with the development lifecycle of new features and systems
- Work with internal stakeholders to define requirements for new features and systems
- Work with developers and internal teams to define testing and acceptance criteria for tasks
- Manage the development schedule to meet agreed goals and timetables
- Test the new features and systems against the agreed acceptance criteria
- Agree and schedule roll-out of new features and systems
- Support internal teams in their use of the product, where appropriate
You will be heavily involved with many parts of the business. You will work with the development team, internal stakeholders in finance and our country managers and will assist in the improvements and optimisations of our e-commerce websites.
You will be based in the UK, Belgium or the Netherlands. We have offices in Amersham, UK, and Malle, Belgium. Our team mostly works from home - being close to one of the offices is not necessary but you should be able to attend occasionally.

- Able to understand and document business processes and communicate technically complex information in business terms, both orally and in writing.
- Experience of working with development teams
- The ability to manage work items but also contribute directly (hands-on approach)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Evidence of being an effective team player
- Demonstrate commitment to customer engagement and support
- Evidence of delivering to tight deadlines and managing competing priorities
- Methodical approach
- Good at building relationships
- Fluent in English
**Desirable Skills**:
- Experience of working in e-commerce
- Project management experience
