The Product Management Leader, Learning Solutions is responsible for full lifecycle management of innovative customer education products, which enable our customers to reach optimal performance of all Cytiva products.

This position is part of the Learning Solutions business unit, and will be located in Europe or the UK, depending on the location this will be a hybrid or remote role. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

**What you’ll do**:

- Drive growth of the customer education portfolio through development and execution of the customer segment growth strategy through full product life cycle management, leveraging the Cytiva hardware and service organization to achieve portfolio targets.
- Continually monitor health of the full portfolio based on organizationally defined KPIs and business goals, identify gaps or areas for improvement and define strategic and operational plans/resources required to address them.
- Be accountable for development of a best-in-class customer digital platform ecosystem which provides a seamless and simple customer experience in accessing all Cytiva customer education products.
- In partnership with the Learning Solutions Marketing leader will develop and activate differentiating and results driving marketing programs, including value props, sales enablement resources, and customer events.
- In partnership with the Learning Solutions Commercial leader will successfully deploy a robust, and dynamic go to market and sales channel strategy, measuring results, adapting to the market dynamics. Accountable for the portfolio strategy for achieving P&L revenue target.
- Be the lead product manager for the translational and academia customer segment.
- Lead the Learning Solutions Product Management team, instilling product management excellence including processes and skills.

**Who you are**:

- You will be a bold innovator, with a mentality of customer first, able to articulate long and short-term strategy.
- You will have 5+ years experience in a leadership role with direct reports, with leadership skills to lead and/or influence teams
- You will have 7+ years experience in product management.
- You will have experience working in the life science industry or scientific background.
- You will have a bachelor's degree.
- You will have strong analytical and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into robust business cases.
- You will have proven project management skills with history of working on complex projects in a highly matrixed environment.
