What you´ll do:

- Provide financial leadership to establish and accomplish operational & financial goals and objectives.
- Partner with the Automation & Digital GM and the Process Design & Validation Services GM to drive operating performance and act as champion for strategic initiatives within the organization
- Support the Product Leadership in all regular financial requirements and analytics, especially where the decision-making process carries an element of financial risk. These activities vary depending on business requirements
- Support portfolio optimization initiatives, including partnerships, licensing collaborations, and product discontinuations, and new product introductions
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) Process. The Finance Manager is expected to partner with R&D and Product Managers to analyse and review business cases for all new product launches across different stages of development. Ensure new products follow strategic guidelines on overall profitability and payback
- Analyse long term strategic plans to ensure they meet required CAGR and are aligned to continue driving profitable growth
- Support (in collaboration with FP&A and Commercial Finance) with pricing, margin and market share analytics to assist commercial teams as they optimize price across all products and regions. Proactively review anticipated SPC changes and work on mitigations for headwinds
- Create and maintain appropriate income statement & KPIs to enable sufficient analysis on the businesses performance
- Partner on CAPEX projects, including capacity expansion, to critically assess business case
- Identify critical KPIs (or CVDs) for monthly reporting and to assess progress against critical strategic initiatives; support the business in focusing on the 'reds' and driving a continuous improvement mindset

Who you are:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration or equivalent knowledge or experience
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive financial experience focused on providing budget, forecast, and business analysis support with a large, sophisticated organization
- Microsoft and financial systems proficiency (excel, Oracle, OneStream, Qlik etc.)
- Strong analytic skills, proved ability to use large sets of data and summarize into key takeaways and actions for the senior leadership team
- Strong business mindset, must be able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
- Key competencies include highly flexible/open to change, attention to detail, initiative, communication, analytical skills, relationship/team management, critical thinking, strong sense of urgency/accountability, quick learner/problem solver
