**Administrator**
A Leeds-based independent consulting engineers and assessors firm that has been in business for 15 years is looking for an Administrator.
The office co-ordinates instructions received from their principals, allocating inspections to the area engineers, reports are processed in the office in Leeds on a bespoke software package.
**Duties Include**:
- Making appointments with customers/clients
- Allocation of inspections to engineers relative area's
- Compiling job sheets for engineers’ inspections
- Converting engineers notes accurately into finished reports
- Monitor progression of engineers’ workload and maintain within company guidelines
- Complication of statistics upon request
**The Ideal Administrator MUST be**:
- confident
- motivated
- hard-working with attention to detail
- Possessing good skills in organisation and IT.
- Excellent communication skills
- previous administration experience is essential
**The Administrator MUST be qualified to**:
- GCSE in Maths
- English
- IT Grade C or above (or equivalent)
