**Office Administrator Duties**:
- Greet people and direct them to the relevant office/personnel.
- Follow up with customers on general enquiries & bookings information
- Contacting job applicants & organising interviews for the leadership team
- Maintain general office files, including job files, booking information, and other files related to the company’s operations.
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Provide excellent customer service and phone etiquette to clients and visitors
- Perform other relevant duties when needed.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
