**Who Are We?**

Tanpopo Japanese Food is a well-established food manufacturing business based in Feltham, where we have been operating for just under 30 years. Due to increased business demand and expansion, there is now an exciting opportunity to join the Sales team as **Sales Administrator.**

As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team by ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customer queries and full sales cycle. You will serve as a crucial point of contact between our clients and internal departments, ensuring that the highest levels of service are maintained throughout the sales process.

**What Will You Be Doing?**
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving order issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as calculate rebates/set up accounts/pricing overview, managing schedules, and maintaining customer records.
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports for management, including sales figures, customer feedback, and order trends.
- Act as a point of contact for customer queries and follow up on leads and requests from potential clients.
- Work closely with various departments, including logistics, production, and accounts, to ensure seamless operations.
- Telesales/ assist sales team booking meetings.
