As part of the strategic development of Orchestrate Health we are looking to hire a full time healthcare resourcing consultant, to develop onboarded and passive pool of associates, they will cover but not limited to mental health and therapeutic disciplines.
**Role Overview**:
We are seeking an Experienced Resourcing Consultant to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will focus on building and maintaining a robust pipeline of Associates to ensure seamless service delivery across our health platforms. The Resourcing Consultant will collaborate closely with the service delivery function to facilitate effective onboarding and will be responsible for the strategic hiring and development of our associate employee pipeline, aligning with the mental health career pathway.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and manage the recruitment pipeline for Associates ensuring a consistent supply of qualified professionals to meet service delivery needs.
- Work closely with the Delivery function to streamline and enhance the onboarding process for new Associates.
- Implement strategic hiring plans to attract top talent and anticipate future needs in line with industry trends and organisational growth.
- Engage in continuous development of Associates through training and career progression opportunities, focusing on the mental health career pathway.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing Associates to ensure high engagement and retention.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards throughout the recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess resourcing needs and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Provide Business Development and Clinical Outreach support to the Marketing team
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in resourcing, recruitment, or human resources, within the healthcare or mental health sectors.
- Strong understanding of the mental health career pathways and associated educational and professional requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
