At Pick Everard, we have a unique opportunity to make a significant impact. Our practice is thriving, and as part of our dynamic strategic plan, we are seeking to hire a Talent Acquisition Advisor in Leicester. In this role, you will foster strong relationships and offer valuable support to our internal stakeholders and senior management team across all UK offices.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating closely with Hiring Managers to devise effective sourcing strategies for current and upcoming job openings.
- Overseeing the recruitment process, from pre-screening and shortlisting to extending offers and facilitating onboarding.
- Providing guidance and coaching to Hiring Managers as needed to enhance interview and selection processes, as well as decision-making.
- Developing talent communities to enrich our business units.
- Keeping up to date with sourcing techniques and consistently seeking to improve our recruitment practices.
- Contributing to improvement projects, such as creating recruitment videos, participating in STEM activities, and highlighting our current talent.
- Visiting other UK office locations, attending industry events, and representing Pick Everard at various job and career fairs.
This position is perfect for a recruitment professional with technical recruitment experience, whether from an agency or in-house setting. If you have knowledge of the built environment this will be advantageous, but not essential.

**About You**:
- Experience in a recruitment role, delivering end-to-end services.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and conducting CV database searches, along with the skill to create engaging advertisements.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, MS Office, and other relevant software.
- Experience driving improvement incentives around time to hire, direct hire would be beneficial.
- Experience with social media and a desire to collaborate with our marketing team to develop strong recruitment marketing campaigns that enhance our brand awareness.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- A genuine interest in people and a passion for building strong working relationships.
- The ability to provide honest and valuable support.
