- Are you a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor or Talent Acquisition Business Partner looking to work for a National Construction Consultancy? Do you have a proven track record working as part of an in-house team, recruiting across all business levels?- We are looking to appoint a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor or Talent Acquisition Business Partner on an 8-month Fixed Term Contract.- **Your day-to-day duties will include**:
- Partnering with disciplines and Internal Stakeholders to define requirements and managing the entire recruitment process
- Advising and agreeing appropriate recruitment processes for vacancies. Through social media and online advertising campaigns, to shortlisting, selection methods, salary advice, interview process etc
- Driving our direct hire strategy using LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referral and online advertising campaigns
- Building talent pipelines to ensure a resilient talent pool
- Assisting Hiring Mangers when required, to create the best interview and selection process and also through the decision-making process
- Keeping up to date with sourcing methods and continually looking to improve best practice
- Supporting improvement projects such as STEM activities and ‘spot-lighting’ our current talent

**About You**:

The successful Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor or Talent Acquisition Business Partner will ideally have:
- Experience in a recruitment role providing end-to-end service delivery
- Proven experience delivering technical recruitment roles
- Previous experience using an Applicant Tracking System
- Strong experience of LinkedIn and CV database search along with the ability to create engaging advertisements
- Experience with social media and delivering consistent, engaging careers content
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to manage time with multiple tasks and work to deadlines
- Genuine interest in others, outgoing and enjoys building relationships
- Ability to provide honest, valued support
