The HR Project Coordinator will support operational aspects of the Human Resources team with an emphasis on NEMEA projects.
**Job Requirements**:
- Ideally hold a CIPD certification
- Excellent program and project management skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong relationship-building and influencing capabilities with individuals at all levels
- Ability to work independently, excellent employee relations skills, strong results-orientation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to see hidden problems and look beyond the obvious for answers, using data to make decisions
- Excellent conflict management, consultative, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills; multi-tasking and prioritizing, planning work activities efficiently to meet deadlines and high-level goals; managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Passionate about innovative and progressive HR practices and solutions, with a continuous improvement mindset.
**Main Duties**
- Other HR related projects and tasks as assigned.
- Support large projects, e.g., TUPE, M&A integration, benefit reviews.
- Support facilities management and health and safety for NEMEA.
- Organize or collaborate in HR events or activities.
