Hsqe Planning and Compliance Advisor

To provide professional health, safety, environment and security project management and planning governance by reviewing supplier documentation, designs and general safe systems of works to support delivery of the projects and business objectives. The control of works - planning and compliance Advisor is in place to ensure **ASR** governance aligns with all project work, structural compliance and site activities at the pre-construction/completion stages. The project programme is defined by project managers however the role ensures the programmes are complete and effective. Incident and investigation acceptance and control in line with company requirements as well as site visits.
The role involves working with the north and south lead site inspectors and coordinating site audits with them and driving the KPI's, standards and support in site related issues.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project/ ASR support - To ensure governance and control of the suppliers and planning of general pre-construction and handover of projects. Delivering support to site inspectors for onsite follow up. Incident and investigation control with the company data system. Support delivery of the monthly data to drive improvement.
Stakeholder management
Governance and control - To operate project governance by use of appropriate mediums and mechanisms such as monthly meetings, forums and conference calls. To regularly govern the project, incidents, databases, suppliers and stakeholders to surface issues, make decisions, agree escalations and close out nonconformance for improvements, to ensure the project remains compliant with legislation and requirements.
Ensure feedback is given to suppliers or project managers and follow-up to ensure close out before site build in the form of written reports.
Provide assurance that all suppliers have a Principal Design/contractor process and are working in accordance with the CDM Regulations.
Review and auditor existing processes, identify areas for improvement and work with all stakeholders to implement. The databases are to be used for all governance. Visit site as needed to audit and investigate issues and cover absence in team.
Support with all ISO standards and ensuring the proper running of the integrated management system and associated process.
