We have an exciting opportunity for a HSQE Planning & Compliance Advisor to join our busy Team.
The HSQE Planning & Compliance Advisor will provide professional health, safety, environment and security project management and planning governance by reviewing supplier documentation, designs and general safe systems of works to support delivery of the projects and business objectives. The control of works - planning and compliance Advisor is in place to ensure ASR governance aligns with all our project work, structural compliance and site activities at the pre-construction/completion stages. The project is defined by our project managers however the role ensures the programmes are complete and effective. Incident and investigation acceptance and control in line with our requirements as well as site visits.
The role involves working with the north and south lead site inspectors and coordinating site audits with them and driving the KPI's, standards and support in site related issues.
The successful HSQE Planning & Compliance Advisor will have:
- Health, Safety Environment and Quality Experience is a must.
- Project delivery or governance experience in Telecoms Cellular Network Infrastructure Share environment
- NEBOSH Certificate in construction (or general), Health and Safety Management and Environmental Management
- Knowledge of all major areas of construction activities and CDMR. Excellent interpersonal skills and abilities in managing stakeholders and matrix teams.
- Clear and concise communication skills both upward and within the team.
- Strong planning and organizational ability to prepare and anticipate well in the face of change.
- Focused single mindedness and diligence in delivering business outcomes - completer/finisher mentality
- Self starter and improvement driver.
- Intermediate skills in Word and advanced skills in Excel. Basic use of MS Project.
