My client is looking for a ESG Junior Product Specialist to help them enhance and advance their sustainable investment journey to continue to be a leading partner to their clients, by:
- Working between the Responsible Investment team and the Product team
- Supporting the implementation of new ESG client reporting associated with the new EU and global requirements (SFDR, Mifid 2, Climate Law 29, UNPRI, TCFD, etc)
- Coordinating fund labels audits (predominantly French and Belgium)
- Preparing firm and fund level marketing material on ESG integration
- Co-owning RFP SRI content
- Contributing to new RI website developments
- Providing education to their sales teams, product specialists and clients on ESG best practices
- Translating increased engagements and shareholders responsibilities into client-friendly documentation (case studies, ESG newsletters, etc)
- Actively participating to the launch or new products and initiatives with a sustainability angle
- Competitive environment monitoring

**The Team**
- You will be working in the Product Management team in London and in close relationship with the Responsible Investment team, across all asset classes from Equity to Fixed income, Investment Solutions and Alternatives.
- The other individual Equity and Fixed Income Product Specialists will continue to be responsible for all fund level ESG communication including fund investment processes and client requests.

**Your Profile**
- 2 Years + Experience in ESG (preferably in Asset Management, Consulting or Investment Bank background)
- A passion for both markets and sustainability issues and ability to communicate that passion to others
- Previous exposure to SRI Labels and ESG regulations impacting the industry considered a plus
- Technical proficiency in Excel desirable
- Marketing skills (PowerPoint, documentation design, videos, social media) are a plus
- Diligence and accuracy in terms of data analysis and written reporting
- Experience of project and process management would be beneficial
- Flexible, collaborative and self-starting personality
- Bilingual (French/English) would be considered a plus
- Degree educated, potentially post-graduate qualification in sustainability/finance (such as Masters/CFA ESG)
