The ESG product team is responsible for ESG product development efforts across Bloomberg. The goal of this team is to build differentiated content, enrich the Terminal experience related to ESG workflow and aid in crafting enterprise products that will result in direct revenue. This product group must coordinate across the Bloomberg business and functional areas including various Core Product & Engineering teams, UX, Bloomberg News, Bloomberg Intelligence, Bloomberg NEF, Global Data, Enterprise Data, Enterprise Products, Analytics and Sales.

We'll trust you to:
Develop product roadmap for ESG analytics and integration on the Terminal while working directly with UX, Engineering and other stakeholders
Redesign ESG screens with various audiences in mind
Deliver easy-to-consume key insights for ESG analysis
Build key ESG integrated products for single security and list level analysis, such as screening and research
Manage milestones for delivery, and run detailed refinement sessions
Define and communicate the strategy/vision
Develop a business plan for Bloomberg's ESG workflow solution for the terminal
Conduct 'deeper dive' assessments in ESG data and models
Ensure regular and consistent communication for strategic alignment across key stakeholders
YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE:
5+ years of related experience*
Knowledge of various user types and workflows in sustainable finance solutions today
Proven understanding of customers' workflows by industry (Buyside/Sellside) and by player type
Consistent record in implementing a product or solution end to end, from vision to execution
Prior involvement working cross functionally with engineering partners

Ability to establish relationships with financial market practitioners and industry players
A strategic mind set and the ability to represent plans to senior management and across teams
Keep abreast of the competitive environment and customer trends
Critical thinking skills and ability to synthesize the perspectives of the Terminal users to shape their ESG related experience
A creative and problem-solving attitude
