Your opportunity

**Primary Responsibilities**:
Engage with stakeholders across the firm, including senior management, to further the output and development of 24AM’s ESG Platform
Engage in and further develop the firm’s response to various EU/UK/US regulatory requirements, particularly sustainable finance disclosures, climate-related finance disclosures, and impact on MiFID investment suitability and product governance requirements
Liaise with the firm’s Legal, Compliance and Product Governance functions to drive ESG change in all products and funds
Possess thorough knowledge of ESG systems, methodologies and policies
Lead development of ESG content and materials for communication, externally and internally
Align with Business Development and Portfolio Managers on ESG RFP and DDQ process
Engage with issuers for recording need to be uniform etc and control framework of engagement. Support Portfolio Managers with analysis.
Liaise with regulators, management companies and legal counsel on ESG documentation requirements
Co-ordinate regulatory reporting requirements
Develop and maintain ESG policy and methodology through thought leadership
Maintain and develop knowledge of all relevant ESG regulation, market trends and competitive landscape
Articulate market trends and become a thought leader in this space
Partake in ESG Committee, plus Legal & Regulatory and Product Governance Committees
Evaluate third party data and analytics services

**Requirements**:
Extensive knowledge of ESG investment landscape
Detail orientated
Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills, effective with all stakeholders
Quantitative skills and ability to use and present ESG data
Proactive individual ready to take ownership of the relevant functions as well as any ad hoc issues that may arise.
Strong interpersonal skills - with the ability to impact, influence and motivate other staff members as required.
Useful skills/knowledge
Extensive knowledge of ESG investment landscape
Detail orientated
Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills, effective with all stakeholders
Quantitative skills and ability to use and present ESG data
