ISS Integrated Solutions will be responsible for the provision of an efficient and cost-effective facilities services to the client’s building for which they are responsible.
As Facilities Co-ordinator, you will be part of the first line FM team based on site e.g. cleaners, receptionist, technical assistant. Including supporting Regional Operations Manager.

You will be responsible for inputting timesheet data for the cleaning team ensuring submission deadlines are met - ensuring all personnel data is accurate and up to date for the cleaning team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsibilities can include Fire Safety Management and attending site HS&E & Security forum meetings - training provided
- Liaise with maintenance where required monitoring PPM’s for the site including any reactive maintenance/ repair work
- Raising of Bright Pearls, SRM’s & Coupa purchase orders in line with budget controls and nominated supplier base and maintaining records, liaising with contractors where required
- Being a local contact for Facilities Management as well as answering the main office enquiries
- Ensuring Site Induction’s are carried out with new joiners and contractors, issue H&S and Security Induction packages and record participation thereof
- Assist FM in production of site-specific reports

**Professional and personal competencies/qualifications**
- Proactive and positive attitude
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- A good team member with team building skills
- The ability to work unsupervised to time scales and under pressure
- Hold IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent - preferred but not essential as training will be provided
- Hold the post for/ carry out the duties of the Site Health & Safety Coordinator as appropriate
- Complete Fire Safety Management training
