You will be required to complete daily reports and will assist in the creation and implementation of risk assessments, behavioural support plans, positive approaches and behavioural analysis. **Skills and experience**:

- NVQ 2 or higher in health and social care or equivalent qualification in mental Health challenging behaviour's/complex needs, willing to achieve NVQ 3
- Experience in working with individuals with Mental health
- Good life skill experience, i.e. Money management, laundry, housekeeping & cooking etc.
- Able to work shift patterns between 8 am and 10 pm and alternate weekends
- Able to identify, innovate and implement new ideas that support service users
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with other team members
- Understanding of data protection and client confidentiality
- Caring, honest and reliable nature
- Good problem-solving skills
- Positive and encouraging nature
- Flexible approach and practical outlook
- A full driving licence - mileage is paid if using your own car taking service users out.
