You will be required to complete daily reports and will assist in the creation and implementation of risk assessments, behavioural support plans, positive approaches and behavioural analysis. You will build trusting relationships and have a good rapport to be able to support individuals to reach their full potential and reach outcomes.

**Skills and experience**:
- NVQ 2 or higher in health and social care or equivalent qualification in mental Health challenging behaviour's/complex needs, willing to achieve NVQ 3
- Experience in working with individuals with Mental health
- Good life skill experience, i.e. Money management, laundry, housekeeping & cooking etc.
- Able to work shift patterns between 8 am and 10 pm and alternate weekends
- Able to identify, innovate and implement new ideas that support service users
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with other team members
- Understanding of data protection and client confidentiality
- Caring, honest and reliable nature
- Good problem-solving skills
- Positive and encouraging nature
- Flexible approach and practical outlook
- A full driving licence - mileage is paid if using your own car taking service users out.
