We are a doctor-led care company called Pride Health and Social Care, and we are looking for a Support Worker who is empathetic, reliable, and committed to support one of our Forensic Mental Health Care packages in Bristol.

**Shift Pattern available: 8pm - 8am (2:1)**

**Full time and Part Time positions available**

**Experience with Mental Health would be an advantage, however full training will be provided.**

You will be working in one home, supporting our client with daily activities including leisure trips and shopping etc. This will allow you to create a lasting relationship with the service user, offering them stability as well as giving you immense job satisfaction.

**We are recruiting for a specific package, where the service user and the family seeks someone with**:

- Reliability
- Mental Health experience ideally, or an enthusiasm to rise to the challenge
- Compassionate and empathetic
- Ability to perform under high pressure situations and hardworking.
- A passion for helping our service user maintain their dignity.
- Their own means of transport
