As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will be helping vulnerable individuals to flourish and achieve their full potential.

This includes those at risk of homelessness, substance and alcohol misuse, women and children who have experienced domestic abuse, young care leavers and older people.

- a minimum of £10+ an hour plus an additional £1.27 an hour in holiday pay - where possible, if you are currently on a higher payrate, we will match or exceed it

We are committed to ongoing development and support and provide free specialist training courses to develop and support career progression.

**What we are looking for in our support workers**:

- A minimum of 6 months experience as a Support worker or Health care assistant
- Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours a week (Unless you have weekend availability)
- Reliability and Professionalism

**Your responsibilities as a support worker will include**:
Using a range of recovery oriented and person-centred planning tools.

Providing emotional and practical support.

Ensuring all care-plans and are accurate and up to date.

Helping to maximise an individual’s independence by supporting them with everyday tasks.

Undertaking various levels of personal care.

Helping support social activities and positive integration into the local community through hobby clubs, activities, and day trips.
