**IT Project Support Engineer**
**Role**: IT Project Support Engineer
**Location**: Harlow, West Essex
**Salary**: £45K DOE
I am looking for an experienced, technically hands on and forward thinking IT Project Support Engineer to join a thriving MSP near Harlow, West Essex on a permanent basis. This is a varied position that will allow you to lead, plan, deploy, install and documentvarious projects across an extensive customer base - carrying out your daily tasks either from the office, from home our out on customer site. You will deliver a wide variety of infrastructure, network and cloud solutions, and be responsible for the design,implementation and delivery of various projects and bespoke solutions.

**Role Responsibilities**:
**Lead, design and implement projects of various size across the company's large customer base
**Be hands on with a variety of server, network and cloud solutions
**Provide project support and delivery from the head office, from home and out on customer site
**Act as a guide and escalation point for the more junior project engineers
**Provide in-depth project plans and projections, ensuring stakeholders and clients are given realistic time-frames
