We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Project Manager to join our team in Harlow, Essex. This office-based role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of projects — from development and production through to installation — ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management skills with a hands-on approach and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners effectively. Key Responsibilities: Translate project briefs into actionable project plans, defining key milestones and deliverables. Lead and monitor project progress, driving accountability through regular meetings and status reviews, assign tasks to project team members - as appropriate. Ensure delivery excellence through rigorous control of quality, schedule, and client expectations (prototype and pre-production review), Oversee and coordinate all project phases — from concept design to manufacture, logistics, and installation. Monitor production across partner factories, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Maintain full project P&L ownership, including monthly reporting and cost control. Identify and mitigate risks relating to time, cost, and scope. Provide regular updates to the business via status reports and S&OP meetings. Manage invoicing, claims, and project-related documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Communicates project management progress internally and including customer communication (80% internal cross functional teams – 20% customer) Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment across all project participants. Coordinate with logistics to plan rollout schedules and delivery timelines. Oversee practical aspects of test and installation phases, ensuring smooth execution on site. Produce and distribute comprehensive project closure reports. Support the management of existing and new client accounts, maintaining strong relationships through clear communication and project excellence. Skills & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a Business-related field desirable. Proven experience in managing projects from concept to delivery, ideally within a manufacturing, engineering, or product development environment. Formal Project Management training desirable (PMP / Prince 2) Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Are exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, with a high attention to detail Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client support. A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong focus on results.
