We’ve partnered up with NEP UK, the leading providers of outside broadcasting, fixed rig, remote production and media workflow solutions, in search for a Executive Team Secretary to help support the delivery of major events across the globe including theEnglish Premier League, Formula 1 & Love Island ??

As the Executive Team Secretary, you'll be required to provide administrative and secretarial support to the President of NEP UK & Ireland and leadership team members.

Contract - 14 months (with extension possibility)

Location: Bracknell

Responsibilities include:

- Arranging internal and external meetings and events.
- Organising travel and accommodation for the team and all relevant paperwork required.
- Join meetings and take notes when requested.
- Liaise with other internal and external Exec Assistants to ensure coordination of activities and effective communication.
- General office administration and secretarial duties.

Skills/Qualification:

- Strong computer skills are essential (Microsoft office, One Drive, Box, Dropbox and Smartsheet).
- Type upwards of 70 words per minute with 90% accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Proven track record of maintaining high levels of confidentiality and integrity is essential.
