We are looking for an Enthusiastic Administrator to join the fun friendly team to work within a well-established Engineering company in Westbury.

This is a full-time position on a permanent contract.

Within your role you will have the responsibility of reporting to the sales and marketing Office Manager. You will be dealing with suppliers and working on premises along with issuing work permits and keeping work permit files up to date. You will be responsible for checking employee attendance and allocating this onto our system. Any previous experience with Estimates and quotations would be adventurous but not essential as full training would be provided.

Your role would include:

- Answering phones calls and dealing with customer queries
- Type commercial quotations/ estimate and forward this to the customer
- Scan invoices and contact customers
- Updating files on the system
- Print timesheets for workers
- General filing
- Stationary orders and restocking
- Update Health and safety Admin

**Skills requires**:

- Word proficient
- excel proficient
- great customer service
- communication skills

**Experience required**:

- 2 years receptionist and or Administrator experience

39 hours per week

Monday to Thursday 8.00am - 4.30pm

Friday 8.00am - 3.30pm

with ½ hour lunch break

**Salary**: £21,294.00-£22,308.00 per year
