At Rygor Group, we are looking for a proactive and engaged Sales Admin Support who can provide essential administrative support to the Sales Department to help us continue to be a UK Best Workplace. **️**Day to day, you will be**:
- You will be a champion for business initiatives and uphold our company values of being ‘rewarding’, ‘reliable and ‘respectful.
- Managing site mail by sorting, opening, distributing, and sending post accurately to employees and customers.
- Handling business-related speeding fines and ensuring timely resolution.
- Managing stationary orders for the wider team, ensuring timely follow-up and delivery.
- Maintaining up-to-date vehicle administration, including tasks such as tax expiry tracking, changing vehicle keepers, and updating registration books.
- Weekly updates of spreadsheets with accurate and relevant information.
- Leading office housekeeping efforts, ensuring filing and records are kept audit ready.
- Answering phone calls, assisting with queries, and directing them to the appropriate individuals.
- Providing support with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.

- **Organisation -** Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads, and maintain an efficient system to keep the office running smoothly. Previous administrative experience is preferred.

- Maintaining a high level of accuracy in all tasks, whether it’s data entry, record-keeping, or preparing documents, to avoid mistakes and ensure high-quality output.
