Choices Healthcare is an established and busy health and social care organisation that supplies a variety of healthcare staff to the NHS, various local authorities, and private clients alike. In addition, we provide supported living accommodations and both internal and external healthcare training. We currently operate across Southeast England with scope for expansion.
We are currently recruiting for a HR Assistant to be based at our Southend branch. The role will entail you carrying out the typical HR duties for all our existing branches, and supporting the overall team in providing a professional, efficient and effective HR Administration service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Undertake the administration of the recruitment & selection process and acting as key HR contact/liaison for recruitment drives.
- Update confidential staff record.
- Create training accounts using our online portal for new and existing staff and maintain records.
- Regularly communicate with all branches.
- Respond to typical HR administrative queries.
**Key Skills**:
- Good English verbal and written communication skills.
- Good computer literacy including Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet and Word.
- A good appreciation of the need to maintain strict confidentiality.
- To keep abreast of HR related matters, e.g., legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a wide variety of people and organizations.
- Commitment to duty, flexibility and positive attitude to work are important for this post.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
