SGS has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our team in Derby. SGS has built its success on providing high quality products and exceptional customer satisfaction; your role will be to ensure that our customer experience continues to be of the highest standard possible
The Role:
- Create Sales Orders
- Liaise with finance department to monitor and manage stock levels.
- Process collection and spare parts requests
- Communicate with clients about order progress
- Monitor and report on orders that cannot be processed
- Create and send purchase orders to suppliers
- Send tracking numbers and invoices
- Support other departments within the business where required.
Communicate with the warehouse department to manage stock replenishment.
There will also be opportunity to work and support the finance department in some elements of the role.
About You:
- Attention to detail
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Enthusiastic with a willingness to learn
- Experience of office administration in a busy office
- Team player with a kind nature
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and Sage 200
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workflow
- Professional telephone manner
