**Hours**:Full Time Fully Flexible, covering hours from 10:00pm until 07:00am on a 4-on 4-off shift pattern

**Pay**:£11.42 per hour + pension, ongoing training and Merlin Magic Pass - 20 free tickets for you, your family and friends to enjoy all of our Merlin Attractions across the world

**About the role of Nights Hotel Receptionist**

Reporting to the Front of House Coordinator the Front of House Assistant will be responsible for making sure our guests receive a 5-star experience Whether you’re on reception, undertaking evening audits or assisting our guests with their queries, you will be a key part in ensuring our guests have a memorable overnight stay with us.

As a Nights Hotel Receptionist you will:

- Demonstrate a high level of customer service with check in, check out and providing information to guests
- Gain knowledge of room types, facilities and locations within the Hotel and resort
- Man the park entrance from the hotel, carrying out checking of park tickets
- Book breakfast/dinner/swimming sessions for our guests
- Handle guest complaints/enquiries, escalating as required
- Maintain strong communication links within the Front Office team and with other departments across the hotel and resort

Please note - internally this role is known as Hotel Front of House Assistant, Nights

**About You**
- Experience of working within a Hotel within a Front of House or Receptionist role
- Appropriate transport arrangements for night shift work
- A motivated person, who seeks opportunities for excellence throughout the night shift
- Full Time availability - any 4 nights out of 7

**About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort**

We are looking for a Full Time Nights Hotel Receptionist to join our AWESOME Hotel team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to two awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
