**Our Opportunity**

Working as a supervisor of the Front Office team, you will provide a wonderfully warm welcome to all of our hotel guests. Previous experience of working in a hotel reception, preferably luxury four or five star market, is essential, as is providing exceptional customer service — Our Receptionist Team Leaders are friendly, attentive, and proactive in addressing any concerns, making each guest feel valued.
