**About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort**

We are looking for Hotel Front of House Team Leader to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to two awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.

Our Hotel Front of House Team Leader will work closely with the Front of House Manager to maintain the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel welcome area, leisure facilities and pool area. You will support and develop your team, leading by example when providing exceptional guest interactions and maintain the highest standard of health and safety which will include completion of paperwork, managing evacuation drills and the regular reviewing of training procedures.

The Hotel Front of House Team Leader will build relationships with colleagues across the Resort Hotel alongside the wider resort so you must be a confident communicator with an approachable manner and proactive attitude.

- **Experience required**:

- Proven experience working within a hospitality environment, ideally in a team leader capacity
- Previous experience using Opera PMS is desirable
- Experience producing dynamic risk assessments and incident investigations is desirable
