**Area Sales Manager - Builders & Plumbing Merchants**
**The Role**: As Area Sales Manager you will be responsible for growing sales of high-quality flooring products within independent KBB retailers and builders and plumbing merchant customer base across south east England. You will be aiming toopen new accounts and develop closer relationships with existing accounts, working in partnership with them to increase profitable sales.
**For the position of Area Sales Manager - Builders & Plumbing Merchants, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria**:
- B2B field sales/territory management
- Ideally to builders or plumbing merchants or KBB retail
- Excellent account management and business development skills
- Able to create and execute account business plans
- Commercial acumen with a structured approach to sales
- Must be well presented, professional, articulate, personable and possess a strong team ethic
- Driving licence
