Global Area Sales Manager - Europe

The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Global Area Sales Manager to join a dynamic, innovative team delivering advanced water purification systems for laboratories, hospitals, and research facilities. This role focuses on managing and growing distribution channels across Europe, developing strong relationships with key decision-makers including MDs, sales directors, lab managers, and procurement teams. You'll be responsible for increasing product sales via distributors while understanding the unique market demographics of each region.

This is a hybrid role, with 1-2 days per week in the High Wycombe office and the remainder from home, plus regular international travel of around one week per month. You will have ownership of your territory, the ability to shape your strategy, and direct impact on the company's growth in Europe.

Requirements:

* Proven experience selling technical products via distribution or managing distributor networks

* To have either international sales experience, or an understanding of European market differences (built on relationships)

* Based within 2 hours of High Wycombe

* Confident building relationships with senior stakeholders (MDs, Directors of Science, procurement, lab managers)

* Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a global business

The Package for the Global ASM role:

  • Basic: £50,000 - £60,000
  • Bonus: 10-15% realistic from year 1
  • Company car or £5,000 car allowance

  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
  • Hybrid working: 1-2 days/week office, remainder WFH
