Are you outgoing with drive and ambition and ready to play a pivotal role in a dynamic and fast-growing team? Peli BioThermal is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our expanding Internal Sales team. This role is crucial to helping our team, which deals with Global accounts, achieve their revenue targets while delivering exceptional service to our customers. Reporting directly to the Internal Sales Manager, you will be the backbone of our Internal Sales Team providing essential support that drives our success on a global scale.
Our Role
- Support the Sales Team: Assist the Internal Sales team in managing and nurturing global accounts, ensuring all customer inquiries and requests are handled promptly and professionally.
- Customer Excellence: Act as a key point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met with the highest standards. We are looking for a friendly individual with good communication skills as this role requires working across various departments, including operations, purchasing and transport ensuring timely delivery of customers’ orders.
- Revenue Growth: Contribute to the team’s revenue targets by supporting sales activities and campaigns, preparing sales quotations. Identifying potential opportunities from potential new and existing customers that can be nurtured by the Internal Sales Account Managers.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements on the team to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: We are looking for a friendly individual with good communication skills as this role requires working closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and logistics to ensure seamless order delivery and customer satisfaction.

This is a site-based role, located in Leighton Buzzard. Commutable from Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, Luton, Northamptonshire and surrounding areas
What you will need to be successful.
- Experience: Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably within a global or technical sales environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Attitude: A proactive and enthusiastic approach with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
