**About Us**:

With the festive season approaching, we are looking for enthusiastic and personable individuals to join our bar staff team to help us create a lively and festive atmosphere for our guests.

**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Provide excellent** customer service, ensuring guests feel welcome and valued.
- **Serve** alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with licensing laws and company standards.
- **Mix and serve** festive cocktails, beers, wines, and soft drinks.
- **Engage with** guests, answer questions, and provide recommendations on drinks.
- **Manage** the bar area, ensuring it remains clean, well-stocked, and organized.
- **Handle** cash and card payments accurately.
- **Assist with **the setup and breakdown of the bar before and after shifts.
- **Work efficiently** during busy periods, especially on key festive dates.

**Requirements**:

- **Previous experience** in a bar or hospitality role is preferred but not essential.
- **Excellent** customer service and communication skills.
- **A friendly**, approachable attitude with a passion for making customers feel special.
- **Ability to** work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
- **Flexible** availability, including evenings, weekends, and key festive dates (including Christmas and New Year).
- **Knowledge of **alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and drink preparation is a plus.
- **Personal Licence** Holders Certificate (preferred but not required).
