**The Role**:
As part of our Festive Floor Staff team, you’ll be at the heart of our festive celebrations. Your role will involve delivering excellent service to our guests, ensuring their experience is seamless from the moment they step through our doors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Provide** outstanding customer service with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- **Take **orders and serve food and drinks efficiently during peak festive hours.
- **Ensure** tables and dining areas are kept clean and well-presented.
- **Support **bar and kitchen teams during busy periods.
- **Handle** payments and provide an accurate till service.
- **Engage** with customers, offering menu suggestions and answering any queries.
- **Assist **with event setups and special festive functions.

**Requirements**:

- **Prior experience** in a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential.
- **A passion **for delivering excellent customer service.
- **Ability **to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- **A team player **with great communication skills.
- **Flexible availability**, including evenings, weekends, and key festive dates (including Christmas and New Year).
- **A positive attitude** and a commitment to making the festive season magical for our guests.
