iAspire Care Services work alongside the Care Leaver's Charter to ensure each young person's placement is one that has excellent standards of service delivery. Our support packages are designed to identify needs to develop the practical and emotional skills required to live independently.

**Overview**

**The Role**:
You will be responsible for the acquirement and project management of new provisions for young care leavers. Sourcing and viewing properties, arranging and project managing contractors and potential building works, arranging installation of all services such as communications, purchases to fully furnish the property to be fully ready for a young person to move in.

**Key Duties**:

- Oversight with the implementation and building of new provisions.
- Support with researching, viewing and acquiring properties that are suitable for solo and shared supported living.
- Arrange all maintenance, decorating and building works to be completed in line with iAspire standards.
- Arrange and oversee installing of all communication lines such as CCTV, phone and WIFI.
- Order and installing the full provision with furniture and fittings.
- Management of budgets.
- Communication with internal stakeholders and external contractors.
- Build relationships with contractors to effectively carry out works.
- Build department to be effective and fast.

- Understanding of project management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £34,000.00-£36,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Project Management: 3 years (preferred)
