We are seeking a Senior Admin Officer to join our Development Team at Arcon Housing Association. This is a full time, permanent role that will assist with the efficient administration of Arcon’s Development Programme by providing support to the DevelopmentTeam. You will also be responsible to manage the sales of new shared ownership properties including marketing through to sales completion.

We own and manage around 1,300 homes, in and around Manchester. They are spread across the local authority areas of Manchester, Salford, Stockport, Trafford, Tameside, Bolton, Bury, Rochdale, Glossop, Lytham and Macclesfield. Our stock is a mix of new buildand refurbished flats, houses and bungalows and includes some market rent and shared ownership homes

We are part of the Bolton at Home Group who own, manage and maintain more than 18,000 homes across the Bolton area. They invest to improve the quality of their properties and are building new homes to give as many people as they can the opportunity to livein a quality, affordable home. Their work extends to debt and money advice, food and clothes initiatives and they offer support into training and employment for their tenants and residents.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Implement and maintain auditable filing systems, including Homes England Audit Checklist
- Responsible for inputting new properties onto internal systems
- Maintain and update invoice register and cashflows
- Liaise with estate agents, solicitors and lenders on new sales
- Ensure all new sales administration takes place to agreed timetables and budgets
- Process Invoices in line with Arcon Financial Regulations
- Administer the defects process including arranging defects inspections and issue satisfaction surveys
- To assist in the production of Development Reports
- To assist in the preparation of Post Project Evaluations
- To co-ordinate team meetings and take minutes
- Arcon operates in a dynamic environment and expects staff to undertake other duties that may be required

**Requirements for the role**:

- Educated to A level/NVQ level 3 or equivalent
- Full driving licence and use of a car for business (Essential)
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills
- Proven track record in Customer Service
- Good problem-solving and time management skills
- Excellent verbal, written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and establish and maintain positive working relationships with others, both internally and externally
- Experience working in a busy office environment
