We put our Hueligans at the heart of everything we do and connecting with them is crucial to our continued success. The way we do this best is through our CRM team, and that's where you could come in We are seeking a new Senior CRM Executive to join the growing global program and play a key part in making an impact on every step of our customers journeys. This role will give you the opportunity to work across the UK, EU and US, developing our onboarding automation program. Headed up by Holly our CRM Manager, you will be a part of a fast-moving team with ambitious targets. Alongside developing our onboarding automation programme you will get creative with our marketing campaigns and lead on innovative projects alongside the wider marketing teams too

This role would best suit someone who has around 1-2 years+ experience within a CRM role. You will have a key eye for design with a sense of what makes a great-looking campaign. If you have experience with Photoshop/After Effects that would be a great plus, but it's not an essential. You will have a technical mindset, being curious about the workings of a global set-up and you will be keen to explore new ways of talking to our customers. You’ll be someone who likes using your analytical skills to review data and spot key trends and opportunities, but most importantly to keep up with life at Huel you will be someone who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and of course knows how to have fun too

Huel was founded by Julian Hearn back in 2015 in the small town of Aylesbury in the UK. Fast forward 6 years and we are now sold in over 150 countries worldwide with 3 offices in the UK and 1 in NYC
2021 was one of our most successful years so far. We almost doubled our headcount from 110 to over 200 employees, launched a number of innovative products (including our delicious plant-based Mac & Cheeze) and our revenue figures jumped a pretty impressive amount too.
