We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Retail Support Coordinator to join one of our beautiful boutique in Bicester, to support the boutique.

**Responsibilities**:

- Customer service - respond to customer service requests (stock reservations, remote sales enquiries, repairs)
- Liaise with personal shoppers (for our remote sales: picking and packing product)
- Managing repairs (shipments to France, customs document administration, client follow up)
- Internal control audit support - support Stock manager with daily & weekly sales control checks (discounts, returns, deposits etc)
- Morning cash desk set up (banking report, lunch rotas, Diorly figures)
- Stock deliveries
- Quality check control
- Cycle Counts
- Stock take preparation

**Profile**:
**Experience Required**:

- Full knowledge of back office functions and boutique analysis (store activities, stock control).
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- A passion for Christian Dior and our collections
- Strong knowledge of fashion and trends
- Fluency in a second language (preferred)
