Personal Shopping Coordinator

As our Personal Shopping Coordinator, you will assist the Personal Shopping team on dealing with client appointments, Virtual Shopping, bookings and reporting. In addition, you will host client appointments and recommend clothing/accessory options from brands across the Village that would suit their needs. The Personal Shopping coordinator will need to ensure they are proactive, solution providers and delivering a high quality of customer service to all clients and expanding their client list, whilst working with brands to assist in increasing their sales.

**What you will be doing**
- Support the Personal Shopping team in hosting appointments
- Handling bookings, ranging from client and brand appointments, reserved parking and couriers
- Work closely with Personal Shoppers on product selection, processing sales and returns
- Handling database entries on existing systems
- Support the Personal Shopping team on presentations and reports where applicable.
- Execute end to end process of Virtual Shopping
- Monitoring individual and brands sales targets and increasing these where possible
- Building a rapport with clients, brands and The Apartment team

- Language skills preferred but not essential

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bicester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
