**John Percyvale Court** is a friendly Retirement Living PLUS community offering retirement apartments for the over 70s.

**Position Details**
- Contract: Permanent
- Hours**:21 hours** per week, with a mixture of day, evening shifts, and sleeping nights including weekdays and weekends.
- Pay**: £14.51 per hour day rate. £12.24 per hour sleeping night rate.**

**Role Highlights**:
As a Care Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in enabling residents to live independently and actively and you will uphold our commitment to high-quality care. You will support the management of a thriving community of independent older adults, including overseeing the Care and Support team. Your role will include ensuring their safety, coordinating activities, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

**About You**
- You are warm, friendly, organised, and self-motivated, with experience in a care or support environment and preferably a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.
- You are eager to take on responsibilities, promote community spirit, and improve the wellbeing of our residents.
