Shift Supervisor – Transitional Housing Program (Wednesday – Saturday) Location: Manchester, NH Overview NFI North is seeking a Shift Supervisor for our 8‑bed Transitional Housing Program. The program provides clinical, vocational, and life‑skills services for adults with mental illness who are seeking independent living. Many participants secure apartments and attend college with our staff’s support. Responsibilities Supervise assigned Direct Care Staff and participants during the shift. Assist the Assistant Program Director with program operations. Administer medication and handle all medical management on shift. Serve as a member of the management team. Handle on‑call responsibilities. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a related field (preferred); associate’s degree acceptable.
