**Salary -**£30,000 - £33,000

**Hours -**40 Hours per week, Monday - Friday (Occasional out of hours on call)

Full clean UK driving license required*

Salary to be discussed at interview based on experience*

**Your duties as a Maintenance Supervisor**:

- Oversee and manage planned and reactive maintenance across the site, ensuring all tasks meet high-quality standards and adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Conduct daily team meetings to plan and prioritize maintenance work based on operational needs and site updates.
- Perform regular internal site audits, identify necessary actions, and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage stock levels, ensuring adequate supplies while avoiding unnecessary surplus.
- Coordinate with contractors, ensuring all works are carried out safely, within budget, and to schedule.
- Complete general repairs, minor upgrade works, and routine PPM tasks, such as plumbing, electrical repairs, decoration, and grounds keeping.
- Maintain a safe and pleasant environment for everyone on-site, including staff, visitors, and those in care.
- Collaborate with the Senior Management Team and participate in operational meetings to ensure smooth service delivery.

**Experience and Skills required**:
**Experience**:

- Proven experience in the building trade, estate management, or a similar maintenance role.
- Experience in supervising and managing a team, including scheduling and monitoring tasks.
- Familiarity with managing budgets and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Experience working in demanding environments with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of conducting inspections and managing statutory testing and recording requirements.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time well to meet targets and deadlines.
- Proficient in IT, including the use of facilities management systems.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with colleagues, contractors, and management.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing environments and demands.
- A clear understanding of working within a mental health environment and the associated risks.
